Headquartered in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, Zhengzhou Yutong Group Co., Ltd. (Yutong Group) is a major commercial vehicle manufacturer specializing in buses, trucks, special vehicles, parts, and construction machinery. The group includes the National Research Center on Electronic Control & Safety Engineering Technology for Electric Buses, two listed companies (Yutong Bus and Yutong Heavy Industries), four vehicle factories, and five parts bases. In 2023, Yutong sold 45,378 commercial vehicles, generating a turnover of 36.23 billion yuan (about 5 billion USD). With over 190,000 new energy commercial vehicles sold, Yutong is the world's largest bus and new energy vehicle enterprise.
