UCLG ASPAC Tourism Committee Meeting

The UCLG ASPAC Tourism Committee was established during the Executive Bureau Meeting on September 9, 2021, initiated by the Xi’an Municipal People’s Government. Its members include UCLG ASPAC cities, local governments, Silk Road tourism cities, and Xi’an's sister cities. The Committee aims to promote the harmonious development of tourism, foster exchanges and cooperation among members, and support cultural tourism's coordinated growth. Given tourism's vital role in global economies, the Committee works to restore its status as a provider of jobs, stable incomes, and cultural heritage protection.
