Standing Committee for Southeast Asia (SEA) Meeting

The Standing Committee for Southeast Asia of UCLG ASPAC was established to support the DELGOSEA initiative, which promotes stronger partnerships among cities and local governments in the ASEAN region. Since 2015, the Standing Committee has regularly convened to discuss workplans and achievements, often in conjunction with the ASEAN Mayors Forum (AMF). UCLG ASPAC now hosts the AMF Secretariat, serving as the only entity representing local governments in Southeast Asia that is associated with ASEAN. This role further strengthens the collaboration and engagement of local governments within the region.
